Cylindrical with slightly conical walls, tiered cover with lotus bud knob; flanges at base of knob and lower section of cover; band of deeply-carved short vertical lines enclosed by horizontal rings around cover; flange near base on lower body; incised mark on base. Buff clay; eroded green glaze with crazing; pooling visible on flange of cover.
