A late 19th century pedestal water (“toh”) jar with blue and yellow flowers from the Himaphan forest on a brown background, a green band with a stylized exotic cotton leaf pattern at the mouth and lower body, a solid bright blue band bridging the lower body and the foot. The pedestal foot is splayed and decorated with blue and turquoise flowers in an exotic cotton leaf motif. The cover has sloping walls with a stylized version of the floral pattern on the body and a similar green band at the rim; the top is three broad tiers (green, yellow, blue) and a lotus-bud knob.
