A bowl with tall walls and a broad base. The decoration includes green-brown medallions, a green and brown frame and Thepanoms alternating with multi-colored Garudas; a vibrantly-painted green, yellow, and white leafy pattern against an orange background; a blue band with a white seed motif around the upper body, green bands with a purple floral pattern around the mouth and lower body; yellow rings enclose the bands; a solid red band at the foot. The interior is white glazed with a green-brown band and a purple and green continuous scroll at the upper body and an orange band with a seed and dot motif at the mouth. The lip and the foot are banded in metal. |
