A 19th century covered bowl with an everted rim. The decoration includes: a mythical creature with a human head, torso, and arms (yellow) and the lower body and tail of a fish (dark green); a pink and green twisting stem pattern on a white background; a brown band with a lotus seed design at the mouth and foot of the bowl and the rim and neck of the cover; a solid green band around the foot and the top of the cover. |
