A 19th century covered bowl with an everted rim. The decoration on the bowl includes: red medallions with a green frame filled with a pink and green exotic cotton leaf pattern; a pink and green twisting stem motif on a white background; a red band with a pink sugar-cane-eye pattern at the upper body and foot; a turquoise band with a pink leaf motif at the mouth; a thin red band around the mouth rim. The decoration on the cover is the same as that on the bowl.
