The decoration on this 18th – 19th century bowl includes red diamond-shaped medallions, a green frame, and a lion; an orange flower with three-leaves and a green stem on a white background; a yellow band with a sugar-cane-eye pattern around the upper body and an orange band with a scroll pattern around the mouth; triangles with a black background, a green frame, and a pink flower are spaced around the mouth and the base of the bowl. The cover is decorated with alternating medallions filled with either a Garuda (yellow) or a Thepanom; a twisting-stem motif on a brown background; turquoise bands with a sugar-can-eye motif at the base of the neck and the rim.
